Vincent Nguyen - Mortgage Professional with Mortgage Architects

Funded by Vince is the website of Vincent Nguyen, a licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 with Mortgage Architects. Based in Mississauga, Vincent works with buyers and homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario.

Who Vincent is

Vincent Nguyen holds a Mortgage Agent Level 2 licence (M21003223) and places mortgages through Mortgage Architects, one of Canada's national brokerage networks. Level 2 licensing means he can arrange financing with banks and credit unions as well as alternative and private lenders.

Funded by Vince is Vincent's own brand and website. It is not the Mortgage Architects corporate website - Mortgage Architects is the brokerage Vincent is licensed through, and its head office maintains its own separate site.

What Vincent helps with

Most files fall into three buckets: buying a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, and renewing at the end of a term. Each one starts the same way - a quick online application, then a short call to go through your numbers.

Home purchases

Pre-approval, rate holds and purchase financing for first-time and repeat buyers.

Refinancing

Accessing home equity, consolidating higher-interest debt, or restructuring a mortgage.

Renewals

Reviewing the lender's renewal offer and comparing it against other available options.

Harder-to-place files

Self-employed income, bruised credit and rental properties, where lender guidelines differ.

Where Vincent works

Vincent is based in Mississauga, Ontario. Most clients are in Mississauga and the surrounding GTA - Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Vaughan and Burlington - and he can also work with clients elsewhere in Ontario where he is licensed to do so. There are no branch offices; everything runs by phone, email and secure document upload.

How Vincent works with clients

The service model is straightforward: return calls quickly, explain the options in plain language, and put the trade-offs in writing before anything is signed. Rate matters, but so do prepayment privileges, penalty calculations, portability and amortization - and those are the parts most borrowers only discover later.

You will always know what a lender is asking for, why it matters, and what happens next.

Next step

The online application takes about five minutes. Once it is in, we book a short call to go over your goals, your timeline and the options that actually fit.
